Clinic Refund and Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable Rider Deposit secures the rider's spot for a clinic. Rider spots are not transferable unless replacement horses and riders are already cleared for participation and have been registered by the sponsor.
Why are Rider Deposits non-refundable?
Rider deposits represent the public commitment that enables the sponsor and clinician to plan for a clinic to take place. This often means the sponsor cancels their regular weekend lesson schedule and income source to host the clinic. The clinician also makes available the clinic dates, commits to private lesson opportunities in the area and often incurs flight and other travel costs in advance. Sponsor and clinician arrange associated commitment from others to cover family, farm and horses under their care during the clinic. Rider commitment enables sponsor and clinician to commit to offering the clinic event for all of us to enjoy!
Auditor fees are transferable, but are non-refundable. Clinics are seldom weather dependent. They are held rain or shine; all auditors and riders are expected to dress for the weather.
In the event that a clinic is cancelled, 100% of rider and auditor registration fees will be returned.
Thank you for your consideration - we look forward to spending some most rewarding time together as the spirit of the horse lights the way!
